A public health center has been set up for the benefit of the public in various parts of Trichy Corporation and medical services have been provided to the public.Health center is running especially in Subramaniapuram and Airport area.
People from different areas are using this center, but the patients who go to these centers after 11 o’clock at night are not allowed to benefit.Patients visiting these centers after 11 pm will be advised to go to Trichy General Hospital immediately and will be referred.
Due to this, the patients who are in critical condition are unable to get any first aid. Especially the 63rd and 64th Ward which is currently the fastest growing area of Trichy city People in the area are not able to get emergency treatment at night due to lack of any health center or general hospital nearby.
Especially the elderly and children are not even able to provide first aid treatment.Due to this, they are resorting to private hospitals. A public health center was already functioning in Sundar Nagar area for the benefit of the people of the area, but the center was closed due to various reasons.
Due to this the people of this region are facing great suffering. To get immediate medical help to the patients who are stranded in the above area at night without any vehicle facility ,the public has requested that the establishment of a new health center would be of great help.
In this, especially K. Chatanur, Vadugapatti and Olaiyur villages in the area for use by the people, it is the public’s expectation that a public health center should be set up.
